Who we are
The Product Collective is a business name of Elden LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“TPC,” “we”). This policy covers theproductcollective.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and the message you send. When you email us directly, we receive your email address and what you write. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your details to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that host this site, process the contact form and deliver our email, so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track visitors across other websites. For that reason it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to our working relationship, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by writing to maria@theproductcollective.com.
Changes
When this policy changes, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
